Did you know the majority of US investments recommended via cold calls are on Pink sheets and the OTC (over the counter).

There are many different tiers to these formats ranging from Premier QX, which are made up of very large companies, to Caveat Emptor (buyer beware) which are companies with potential fraud enquiries or questionnable practices.

The bottom three tiers are Stop No Information, Grey Market and Caveat Emptor.  Unfortunately the majority of boiler room calls regarding US investments are in relation to these tiers.
